FLUTIVATE contain Fluticasone which belongs to a group of medicine called corticosteroids. It is a potent corticosteroid that is applied to the skin to treat a wide variety of inflammatory skin diseases. It is used for the relief of inflamed skin, redness and itching in several skin problems not caused by germs and responsive to corticosteroids.
It works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching of the skin. It is only for external use. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water in case of accidental contacts. Avoid covering the treated areas with airtight dressing such as bandage unless directed by a doctor. This medicine is strictly not recommended for use in children under 1 year. Before using this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine.

Itching:
Apply a cold, wet cloth, or ice pack on the skin. Moisturize your skin. Apply cooling agents, such as menthol or calamine.
FLUTIVATE should only be used during pregnancy if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the unborn child. Consult your doctor for advice.
